| The evening meal will consist of seasonal kaiseki cuisine. One of our famous seasonal dishes is a hotpot of miso soup containing the meat of wild boars. All breakfast meals are served in the Suirentei Restaurant between mid-June and mid-August amidst an environment of blossoming lotuses. |
